Tom Waugh is a sculptor and architectural stone carver based in Somerset. He trained at the City and Guilds of London Art School where he obtained a First. Whilst studying he was awarded scholarships by The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and The Princes Foundation.

Since training Tom has worked on a number of important public buildings including St Pauls Cathedral and St Martin in the Fields. Tom specializes in architectural carving sensitive to a particular historical context as well as public sculpture and work designed closely with clients to create memorials or sculpture specific to individual needs.

Recent work includes designing and carving a new grotesque for St Georges Chapel, Windsor and assisting the sculptor Peter Randall-Page carving a 70 ton piece from Cornish granite. In 2010 Tom completed a life size allegorical figure to represent wisdom for St Deniols' Library in Hawarden.
