About

Winner of the Global Rise Art Prize Sculptor of the year and peoples choice award 2018 Tom Waugh is a Sculptor and Architectural Stone carver who creates hyper-realistic sculptures of waste and rubbish alongside more traditional comissioned work.

He started working with stone as a Stonemason in 2000 and went on to study Stone Carving at the City and Guilds of London Art School. You can see a selection of available works here.

Up coming exibitions include on form at Asthall Manor in oxfordshire, a bi-annual exhibition of stone and marble sculpture by artists from the U.K and around the world.

On each sculpture, Tom records and preserves every bump, crease and indentation, carefully capturing the minute imprints of human use.
